Ayaz Ahmad Wani from Nowpora Bala, Pulwama is currently working in the organization as an Operations Head of the Orchard Management Section.
I have understood that it is not necessary to possess academic qualification in order to achieve success in life, says Mr. Wani, if one has enough dedication and hard work, they can achieve everything in life.
He has been a part of the organization from last 12 years and proclaims to have achieved a lot in terms of respect, love, affection and professionalism.
During his tenure he has seen many ups and downs but he assures that everyone in the organization always extended a supporting hand to him.
As he prides over the trust put on him by the Head of the Organization, he says, My journey has been fantastic
Regarding his work, Mr. Wani believes that Technology allows businesses to speed up production processes, wherein we can analyze our staff spending and their time management, and introduce processes to make our systems more efficient.
He presses for the use of different types of technologies which can streamline and help in the smooth running of the business, like info technologies, agri machinery, other horticultural equipment’s etc. His long term aim is, as he puts, to influence market forces through vibrant and sustainable agriculture activity that reduces poverty, reduces the risk of food insecurity and increases the contribution to GDP of farmers.
Mr. Wani deeply believes in the dream of this organization; to revolutionize horticulture, which he feels can be done by reaching out to the farmers and displaying the benefits of our projects, so that they are made aware of the immense benefits of our advanced techniques in horticulture.
Miss Iqra Nazir; a sharp, dedicated and energetic member, having started work at a very tender age, she recalls each moment and episode that has made her what she is today. Driven by the charm and workaholic professionalism of Mr. Mir Khurram, she knows every bit and piece of her work in the widest possible details. She recalls her timid and shy self, and how it changed. As she confidently handles presentations and events so challenging, she exclaims that sometimes she doubts if she is the same timid girl that walked into a big office, with very faint ideas about her future.
Taking her work with extreme seriousness and chalking down the day’s plan for her Head cum guardian, she painstakingly stays late, in what she terms as the utmost caring and conducive environment. She has made her mark and made it very aptly strong. Virtually growing up in the company, she is sure that her future in the organization is bright. Heading the Admin department, she takes every care in making the workings of the organization possible. As she proudly shares the vision of the organization, she is also willing to go the distance for achieving it.
